Directions From Interstate 5 to
the No. County Central Office
   Interstate 5 to State Highway 78 East(Escondido),

   Procede East approximately 7 miles to Vista Village
   Drive.    Exit and turn Left.

   Continue to Civic Center Drive and turn left.

   Take the first driveway on the right.

   The office is third on the left side of the lot.

   Two doors down from Frogy's Donuts.
