NCAIC Defined:
North County Area Instutional Committee (NCAIC or H&I) is an Autonomous Standing Committee of the San Diego Imperial Area Assembly.  It is made up of volunteers from the AA groups of the San Diego General Service Area.

Stated Purpose:
NCAIC has been created in harmony with Tradition Nine to unify efforts of Twelfth Step work.  We are volunteers interested in carrying the AA message of recovery, unity and service to alcoholics confined in institutions that do not provide AA meetings.
Director’s Corner:  Welcome to H & I work, my AA friends.  By going in to our local Corrections and Treatment facilities, many of us have added something new and different to our sobriety.

If you are getting bored in sobriety, if you feel something is missing, if you feel like taking a drink, come and give yourself the chance to experience Institutional Twelfth Step work.

Somehow there is a joy and a sense of purpose and meaning that is transmitted in H&I that is rarely found elsewhere. Please show up at our next New Member Meeting and see for yourself!

We need people in all areas of North County.  Please see the schedule below and remember to attend the next business meeting and orientation meeting.
