NCAIC Defined: North County Area Instutional Committee (NCAIC or H&I) is an Autonomous Standing Committee of the San Diego Imperial Area Assembly.  It is made up of volunteers from the AA groups of the San Diego General Service Area.

Stated Purpose: NCAIC has been created in harmony with Tradition Nine to unify efforts of Twelfth Step work.  We are volunteers interested in carrying the AA message of recovery, unity and service to alcoholics confined in institutions that do not provide AA meetings.
Trusted Servant Corner:  Welcome to the Alcoholics Anonymous North County San Diego Hospitals and Institutions (H&I)! We share with San Diego H&I(San Diego/Imperial Area Institutional Committee--SDIAIC) the joy of giving hope, love and the AA solution to the suffering alcoholic men and women confined to institutions within Area 8, San Diego/Imperial Counties.
The H&I orientation meetings will introduce you to the various institutions we serve with AA meetings in North County San Diego and the opportunities for you to participate on AA panels in those meetings.
Please join us in receiving the gifts of sobriety by carring the AA message via AA's third legacy of Service!
The 2012 H&I schedule is outlined below and remember to join us at the next H&I committee meeting and new member orientation.
NCAIC conforms to Traditions 5 & 9 of Alchoholics Anonymous
